I am calling on congress to help pass a fund bill to help me with start-up costs for my business.

I have a public accounting company registered with the state of PA that can create jobs. And can also one day elect to be taxed as a corporation at a future date if all goes well we can be looking at another bank, hopefully an honest bank. I am a single member looking to help the community.
