I am calling for a fourth political presidential debate before November 2016, both candidates will wear lie detectors.

I am calling for a fourth presidential debate to be held before November 2016, both candidates (Clinton & Trump) will wear lie detectors. Two companies will monitor the results, each chosen by the independent party. Results will show in real time and on national TV as monitored. The candidates will ask each other questions for 15 minutes each, the other must answer. The last hour will be questions from an independent party representative, these questions will include all of the issues that they have accused each other of lying in. This is the only way that, "we the people" will be able to determine who is lying and decipher through all this stuff.
