Create a law that allows every American Citizen to have in their possession a Federal American Citizenship card. It will be Identification and it will have access to all private record, for only Law Enforcement, Government agencies.
The law would provide a Federal Identification, not of State, County or Municipal issuance. It would include such Information as; Birth Certificate, Military records (specifically) DD214, it contain school record, emergency contact, health problems, Driving records, Outstanding Warrants, physician records, marriage certificate, Decrees of divorce and other valuable information, encoded on the card. Photograph and all Vital statics. It would end the political accusations of non-citizenship. Drivers Lic. and all related documents.
