I am claiming Derivative Citizenship under section 321(a) of the INA 8 U.S.C. 1432(a) of (1987)

Created by A.P. on October 21, 2014

My name is Aldrin Polanco and when i first entered the U.S. with my father I was 3 years of age on 1/15/1978. My parents were still married at that time, but later on when I was 5 my mother decided to file for a divorce without my father knowing and the custody was given to my mother because my father did not show up in court for the hearing due to not knowing anything about it up until a year later. My mother did not tell my father about the divorce because she was afraid that he might take her to court for adultery because she was with child from another man while still with my father and married to him. Later on in 1987 my father became a naturalized citizen and added me and my sister to his paperwork with hopes of transmitting citizenship to me so that i may become a U.S. citizen
