I am deaf, and I believe ASL is very important language for the deaf communities in the US.

Created by A.S. on November 13, 2012

American Sign Language should be recognized by the Government of the United States. We, the deaf, are growing into very large communities. Should not be repressed by the hearing people in the government. I want to tell you that FCC have no rights to cut down the Videophone (Sorenson VRS). We rely on the interpreters: re relay operators, in another word, third person speaking for us, the deaf and for the hearing people. It is very important to preserve Sorenson VRS and ASL,
