I am here to petition the Obama Administration to form the United States Space Military. (USSM)

I would like to persuade the president of the United States to create the United States Space Military. The United States Space Military will be based off of the military. This newly formed branch will be like the Navy but in space. There should be a fighting forces and space fighter jets. There should be the United States Space Military Academy, Space Reserve Officer Training Corps, to provide education for the people who are willing to serve the United States of America and are willing to obey to all the orders of the U.S Officials. The base should look be many times bigger than the ISS. So there can be docks to park spaceships. Enlisting should require a 4 month boot camp to learn what requires to serve. Finally when this branch is created I will officially declare myself as an Admiral.
