I am a single mother and am a participant of the housing program of Section 8 Please review the tables for income and create incentives for people working. It is difficult to start working from scratch and when you go up the income is not too much money. They can create incentive programs for people who work with those incentives can motivate everyone in this program to work.
Many participants did not want to lose benefits and therefore do not work and that's part of the problem.
