I am calling for Congress to pass an Amendment to award me financial reparations for a lawsuit that I filed more than a decade ago. I was unlawfully retaliated against as a plaintiff in a Federal civil rights lawsuit filed in 1999 in the State of NY under USC 42, Sect 1985; I was unlawfully retaliated against and deprived of all my Constitutional rights. I was subjected to judicial misconduct in NY and CT, and subjected to unlawful forms of cruel and unusual punishment, torture, & experiment with the use of the super secret satellite and microwave weaponry that I worked on & were disclosed in my Federal civil rights lawsuit, because my attorney, Karen DeCrow, did not sign the document, I did. Department of Defense (DOD) and other secrets with NSA and foreign militaries were disclosed.
