I am requesting for federal law to put in place on requirements for each state to follow on security for or schools.

I have a four year old son who is attending Webster elementary in green bay Wisconsin .Webster elementary is over forty to fifty years old and is not up to date on security .I also think there should be guide lines put in law by the federal government that the states have to follow regarding the security of our schools .
