Sir, I am SM Tarek Lemon from Bangladesh. I have passed SSC which is O level internationally and 10th grade of US education system, with 4.44 GPA out of 5 in 2008.
After completing my ssc i go to college for HSC. But unfortunately 2011, I breaked up my study.
After 2 years i feel that how the higher education is needed for me. So I search a college by internet.
After my application they accept me and send me I-20.
After receiving I-20 i apply US embassy dhaka with right process but unfortunately they refused me last 3 time and last time consular officer said that all peper okey but i couldn`t give you visa,then I asked what my fault? and they said that,`I don`t understand that you are student!`then i said sir i think America is a country of 2nd chance and i want to 2nd chance,he didn`t.
