I am working in a company after completing MBA on 2006. Company filed PERM for green card process and was denied twice. We are staying legally and paying tax and social security. We are helping for the development of community and supporting legally and financially. As well as contributing for the economy. Please kindly consider and help us to have permanent resident for skilled legal worker.
Other thing is need to reform at labor department to process permanent labor certification should be on timely manner. we have to wait more than 8 months to get approval or denial decision. It seems unfair, our working visa used to be only 6 year period and should be finalized labor certification and work permit from USCIS in this period. Illegal are getting opportunity to stay legally and why not..
