To Mr. President Barack Obama,
I was on pre-approved loan modification trial payments for one year that were set by Chase. Around July/2010, Chase already had a schedule date to foreclosure and sale my property on 8/24/2010 unless I had to pay all and bring my account up to date. I had to pay over $47,000 to stop forclosure and keep the house. I had to cash out my 401K and face with early withdraw penalty, used up all my cash, and borrowed substantially money from friends and relatives to pay to Chase. My financial situation was ruin and substantially damaged because of this foreclosure.
I received a check from Rusting for $2,000. I seek to have a forclosure reivew reinstated or evaluated.
