I am writing to you to vote for an independent Ukraine among citizens , our rights have been infringed decision was made president without our knowledge only after the decision is not notified us right we live in a democracy , that people make the decisions and not the president , he is not a monarch our country , the question is whether the president is counted with their people at all, maybe we only its minions to implement its own desires and needs.
