As you are aware there are government concerns in every country that registers 1) houses and 2) cars and two wheelers. Previously the long distance carier companies were a govenment concern. Now they are with private companies.
Kindly organize a govenment concern in all countries where all the electronics items from each person is registered with 1) what type of electronics item it is/ manufacturing company, 2) purpose for which it is used. There should a team in the concern to check unregistered electronics items There need not be any monetary transaction.
I apologize for inconveniencing you. But this can only be implemented somebody who is as noble as you (you are a noble prize winner and deserve it)
