I ask congress to legislate a bill called The Right To Refuse Policy which allows one to opt out of union mandates.

Created by M.K. on February 11, 2013

The Right To Rufuse policy allows flexibility of people who look for a job where employers force them to join a union to refuse to do so. Companies can still be part of a union but employers are prohibited from forcing employees to join a union and pay their union dues in order to keep their job. This also applies to teachers. Teachers now will have the ability to opt out of teacher unions. This also applies to states that are not right to work. State, local governments, employers, and public schools can ask employees and teachers to join and union to pay union dues but are no longer allowed to force them to do so by threatening to fire them. Joining a union should be a personal choice not a centeralized bearotic one from big corporate lobbyists, state, and local governments.
