I ask congress man Michael Burgess to sign legislation to abolish the state property tax in Texas.

Created by M.K. on January 27, 2013

Texas has done outstanding in growing our state economy. Just this year our state climbed out of the recession. Our unemployment is only 6.3 percent which is great but their is alway room for more improvement in growing our state economy by lowering tax rates instead of raising them. Lower taxes, less regulations, less government spending, and balanced budgets with deficit reduction adds enough certanty in our states freeenterprise system to continue to grow our economy while our national unemployment is still close to 8 percent. Government doesn't create jobs but certanty just to add to the certanty I request to abolish the state property tax and keep the state sales tax. Having a more simplied single payer tax policy is a pro-growth policy in better improving our states economy.
