I ask congress, the senate and president to cut 1 trillion dollars out of spending by letting the buck stop at 2trillion

Congress, the senate and president should agree to cutting 1 trillion dollars out of the 2013 budget with the buck stopping at only 2 trillion dollars a year by the next debt ceiling debate by 2-14-13. I am not asking I'm telling them to cut, cap, and balance not raise the debt ceiling. The last thing Washington needs to do is increase our budget by sending more money to Washington. We need less money going to Washington and more take home pay with everysingle penny earned and saved. It is our money not the government. If the house, senate, and president refuses to reach a comprimise on a cap in the debt ceiling and deep spending cuts by February 14th of this year then I demand almost a full blown government shut down exept for defence, medicare, and social security.
