Owning a concealed weapon is a right from our creator protect by the second amendment of the US constitution which is "Right to bare arms." This is not about states rights but individual rights and individual liberties to own personal property like a concealed weapon. It is the role of congress and the president to enforce the second amendment of the US constitution and for state and local governments to do the same. Banning gun ownership isn't going to stop gun violance from increasing in fact gun violance is much higher in places like New York City and Chicago because of too much gun control. No government can deprive anyone from owning personal property like a concealed weapon not unless the person gets convicted of a probable cause with due process of law.
