Food stamps should only be purchased on weekly groceries just enough to run the household when the reciptient has lost ones job as is currently looking for work. The food stamps can only be spent by families with household incomes of less than 20 grand a year including welefare checks on fruits, vegatables, bread, milk, chicken, meat, and fish. Welefare money and foodstamps cannot be spent on lottery tickets, gambling at casinoes, alcohol drinks at bars and night clubs only on entitlements, grocieries, gas, utilites, rent, and other household payments because welefare is used only for emergencies only for those looking for work not living off the system. It is the government and tax payers business where the money is spent because it is our money coming from our tax dollars.
