I ask congressman Michael Burgess to sign legislation that allows employers the flexibility to cut healthcare costs.

In Texas since we will only have one year of federal funds for Obamacare and will eventually be on our own to set up exchanges. This is going to effect small businesses and big corporations. I want employers to have the flexibility to cut heathcare and labor costs with this overall criteria. I want congressman Michael Burgess to write legislation for the state of Texas that allows employers to force people to pay higher premiums into their healthcare if they smoke, drink, eat fatty foods, drink soda pop, and refuse to exercise. They can eighther pay higher premiums, keep their job but have their healthcare denied by the employer, or loose their job. I believe in the freemarket and freeenterprise system and the last thing I want is for employers to be pressured to pay higher costs.
