The President has on several occasions used his presidential powers to circumvent the the constitution for his own agenda. The founding fathers set fort a system to ensure that "we" the people, Congress & Senate, elected by the people of this country could & would vote on foreign and domestic policy. Barack Obama has set forth a destructive & impassable policy that only " he" knows. It's criminal and neglect on his part. We want "Our", the American system, borders, & security as a democracy, to be voted on, debated, & agreed upon to & be upheld. That is what he was elected for. He took an oath to protect the American people, "He has failed.
