Casino gambling should be up to the states and should be legalized in Texas regardless of the fact that the governor of Louisianna and Oklahoma doesn't want it. It's our money not the governments and we should be able to take our own risks. Casino gambling just like medicial marianna and alchohol should be controlled, regulated and taxed. Gaming should be legal on private land and Native American land in the state of Texas. Casino gamling will generate somewhere close to 250 billion dollars in revenue to pay off our state deficit and balance our states budget without having to raise the state sales tax. Without having the lobby any federal funds this will help generate enough revenue for state enfrostructure, education, our fire fighters, and state policemen.
