It does not say in the US constitution that government has the duty to force non-profitable religious orginations to pay tax for charity donations like food banks, clothing drives, and people in poverty. That money belongs to the church, people, and families of the community not the whitehouse. Another reason government cannot tax any charitable contributions out of religious orginations is because it mixes church with politics. Our Founding Father's wrote a US constitution to keep government out of church in seperation of church from power. Freedom of Religion is an individual right that comes from our creator God protected by the first amendment of the US constitution.
