I ask Obama, to stop calling semi automatic rifles, "assault weapons and weapons of war."

An assault rifle is a selective fire firearm (either fully automatic or burst-capable). President Obama, you called for a more transparent goverment, I as a citizen applaud and thank you for that, however calling an "AR-15" an "Assault weapon" is dishonest and mere political spin. You are above that, no more campaign speeches, be honest to the American people. I'm not advocating Pro- Gun or Anti-Gun legislation, I'm asking for true leadership. Take the initiative to correctively name these firearms in the upcoming debate for gun control, as well as the state of the union address.
