I firmly believe that the Government shall restate the 2nd Amendment for various reasons. First, there have been many school shootings and massacres. I petition that we change how the 2nd Amendment is stated. We should be able to posses our own weapons, but must have them secured in a safe place. Recently, there has been shootings within the country and it is devastating. The Government should upgrade this Amendment so that way the United States will be less vulnerable to shootings. When a person wants to purchase a weapon, the Government needs to do a full on background check on that purchaser so there will be no sights of a shooting. Then, they must have some weapons connected to cameras, so if anything wrong begins to foil, it can be halted easily. I just want the U.S.A to be very safe.
