The government of the United States of America should adopt a policy that the people of the United States of America should be informed of what to do if they're contacted by extraterrestrials from outside this earth. A standard operating proceedure should be followed by the government in annouceing a landing,and contact of extraterrestrials where ever it may happen. This is a diplomatic approach in the best interests of the people of the United Sates and the world. Each person within the United Sates represents this country and they should be trained on what to do if or when this happens. The actions of violence against any being or craft from outside the earth may have the same in return. The best way to prepare the public is to inform the public. We should offer the message of peace.
