I believe FBI Director Comey violated the Hatch Act when he released the statement regarding emails related to the Wiener investigation may have an impact on the CLOSED Clinton email
Investigation. It seems clear he is trying to influence the election just 11 days out and he was advised that it would go against DOJ policy. See related links below:
