On March 30, 2016, the court of Santa Clara county sentenced rapist Brock Turner of a measily 6 month sentence. He got out on good behavior and served only 3 months. We The People call upon the duties of the judiciary branch to launch a re investigation of this case and fire judge Aaron Perksy. The story of the rape was at a college party, an unconscious woman was dragged behind a dumpster by Brock Turner and raped her. Three boys caught him in the act and chased him down, eventually leading to his arrest.
