Free speech is very important corner stone of this great country but to hang a picture that depicts police as pigs is, in this and any social climate, unacceptable. I wonder why this young man won this contest. He is entitled to his voice but for William Lacy Clay to declare a picture the winner when it depicts policemen as pigs is shameful. Policemen have given enough lives in 2016. Let's make 2017 better. Mr. Clay, you owe this nation and the entire U.S. police force an apology.
