I have been in this country for 12 years, payed taxes every year, im married, have 2 American kids, have a home, have a business, i employ 10 people, but i went to every single attorney and nobody finds the way to make me legally stay.
I have had several different visas, i spend thousands of dollars on immigration fees and attorneys and even though i still have a visa there is nothing i can do to stay.
I am opening a new business soon and will employ more American families....
Nothing seems to matter, attorneys tell me i must remain here until my daughter who is 3 years old turns 21.....
Need any help or guidance, i am desperate and my situation is affecting my personal life, family life, etc.
