I Declare That The Current Election Was Illegally Influenced By Actions Of FBI Director, Mr. James Comey

FBI Director, Mr. James Comey, and persons unnamed at this time, conspired with "dirty tricks" to influence the outcome of the current Presidential election. On the face of it, Mr. Comey sent a letter to Congress, ten days before the national election. This letter contained vague and unsubstantiated innuendoes against Mrs. Hillary Clinton . I contend that the sending of this letter to Congress, unduly influenced voters who were undecided, and that this was a calculated and malicious action which constituted illegal "dirty tricks". There is precedent for the prosecution of dirty tricks. In 1974, a Nixon operative, Mr. Donald Segretti, was convicted of dirty tricks in a national election, and received a sentence of six months in prison.
