The appointment of Senator Inhofe as chairman of the Senate Environment Committee is a ridiculous, craven political move made by the Republican Party. This senator denies human causation of climate change and has no business anywhere near any committee discussing the environment. The fact that the Republican Party appointed him reveals how little they care about our nation and the rest of the world. If this choice was not so dangerous to the future of the planet, it would be laughable. I refuse to accept this person leading this committee in MY government! I don't care what he believes but he should not be given the power to impose his ignorance on the rest of the globe.
