I do not think its right to have a felony on your record for the rest of your life and can not get a decent job not fair

I am 27 years old with 3 job certification and now working on my business management. i have accomplish a lot in my life time . As to my trouble in my past history has stop me from going on to be a successful young woman.but now i am older and wiser i know that things change and so as human but now if you commit a felony you have to wait 10 years to get a pardon with my crime it has been 8 years in 2004 but by me going to doc in 2007 on a petty crime my 10 years did not start until after so now i have to wait until i am 33 to get a decent job we can get out voter rights back but can not get anyone to hire a felony i know that the law protect us but everyone deserve a chance to be a better person when can someone look into getting company to help felons instead of turning us around
