I Feel as if there should be more done before anyone could receive a firearm in their possession .

Okay , lets get right into my reason to petition about guns .
Where I'm from(Atlanta) lately it has been a lot a gun violence more killings in one area then ever Back in Jan .20th.2015 a Teen was killed (shot in the head) will not say the name ; case hasn't been solved. Sunday Night (Oct. 4th.2015) a teen was killed by a firearm in that same area by another teen playing with a gun. Tuesday Night (Oct.6.2015) A Young Lady who was 15 was shot in the head because someone young had a firearm. What im trying to get out is that there should be more things you have to do in order to have a firearm in your possession because its not doing any justice by age either way a teen will find a way to get one I just feel like the government needs to do more in order to prevent that.
