I find it unfair how people serve time in prison and can't get a job when they come out of prison. Change that Law!

I find it unfair how people are being treated when they come out of prison due to they have already served their time in prison. I will like to know how can the White House and President solve this issue. Questions: Why can't people that have a felony start over and get a job? Why is it that people with record aren't getting equal opportunity with employment? Why are felony records keeping people from being hired? I ask these question on behalf of the people that been in prison and find it hard to obtain a job. Don't the White House realize some of these people has families they have to care for. Have you ever concern these mothers an fathers that's suffering because they can't find a job to take care of their family. Listen, they deserve another change too. So lets help these families.
