I got married with an American citizen in 2006 in Beijing. I wanteds to pay a visit to her mom in Baltimore, MD. but I was denied for two times. The reason is that I think first my wife has no jib in Beijing China and second I should make application for immigrating visa. That really makes me confused. Why did American government want me to make immigrating visa? Why was American government afraid a common Chinese husband went to pay a vist to American mom-inlaw who was already 85 years old? Actually I have my house here and have my car here and my family here in Beijing China. I have no idea to live in USA because everything is very cheap in Beijing China and everything is very expensive in America as far as I know.
I hope American government gives me a reason.
