Changes are needed in the schools for children with Disabilities.

I have been to the school District on many occasions regarding how kids with disabilities are being treated in schools, Some teachers are excluding disabled kids from school activities with their peers. Why does this keep happening and making a Child with a disability feel left out, this happens way to much in our schools. there has to be some changes in the teachers union for them to stop treating students like this. some of these students are also on Individualized Education Program (IEP) which the school systems gets funding for them and still some teachers do not follow by the IEP. I'm looking for help. I want to make changes for these students..
