I HAVE A PROPOSAL TO THE GUN CONTROL BY AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH. No need of new laws.

Gun control innovative methodology:
-My proposal innovate the way we manufacture domestic fire weapons to have a better control without changing laws making a big impact to citizens.
1) Create ID microchip on the trigger mechanism, Tampering may defuse the usage of the firearm (ID , face picture, NAME, ADDRESS, PSYCO TEST stars). By law all manufactures has to manufacture domestic weapons within government requirement.
2) Radar control on major commercial areas (malls, schools, hospitals) and Police low radar gun control
3) Main recall for old firearms weapons (24 months)
4) No taxes to manufacture during 1 year to recall old domestic firearm.
5)Create a psychological testing every two years for people owning a firearm to keep his license.
6)Recycle old firearms by 2015
