Police officers, teachers,and a lot single mothers, don't qualify to government help. Some Gov.or Private agencies with federal grants close the doors, if you are unemployment. This people have education and for different reasons, language economic & family factors, was unemployment. Can't apply to WIA to start again a new career, because have BA, MBA, etc.. No childcare, no money for housing, to start a new business. Affect the credit, no loans. No gov. aids, No Jobs. What we can do??? The law exclude this sector. Can the new legislation do something??? when you call to agencies need to have $2000 at least to qualify. If I have this money I dont need to help. I can pay at least rent. What is the important here? People teach all profesionals, and security of the country like veterans.
