Do not allow private ownership of guns and ban gus completely forever.Many innocent people have been died because of the private ownership of guns including some foreign students from other countries.If this case can be deal with many foreign students from other countries will be afraid of going to the USA for further education and the number of the foreign students who will apply for the American university will be declining.
