I mandate UN/UNSC as ruling gov. for my country IRAQ to save Iraqis Right to Live with Human Dignity & Secure in Peace.

Calling for USA as leading member of UN to make this happen as soon as possible.
Bec. all Iq politicians (GOV and MP) are incompetent not trustworthy abusing the riches of the land for being wealthier and more personal security for themselves not Iraqis. Since 2003 they failed the inherent dignity of Iraqis to live in freedom, justice and peace [UDHR (art.3:5:25)]. No hope in gov2014. They dont feel shameful nor admitting failure as obvious (isn't ISIS invasion enough?)
Although Iraqi live in a very rich land with 2rivers and a leading exporter of oil but for 10 years and still :
subjected to torture in everday life with scaring scarcity of water, el., oil.;
living is in horrible shortages in the health and well-being of himself and of his family ;
security of his person is unavailable.
