I move that Abortion be illegal and considered murder.

I move that Abortion be declared Illegal on the grounds that a child (or Fetus) is to be considered a life even before external birth. The "Fetus" meets all scientific qualifications for life and is therein subject to the freedoms given to all humans in the Constitution. All acts of malice towards the "Fetus" that is meant to end its natural life should be addressed as murder (Given finite exceptions in which the mother's life will, with above 90% certainty, be ended upon the external birth of the child/"Fetus" or also in the case of rape without consent.)
And all qualifications herein be stated as the following
- The need/ability to transfer energy, adapt, respond, grow, develop, have cells, and reproduce said cells (and/or in their life be able to reproduce sexually)
- Require nutrients
