I need Help to avoid foreclosure. My investor do not want to work with my family and started the process of foreclosure.

I would to ask for help to stop the foreclosure on my house. My investor does not want to work with us at all. I have been trying to modify my loan since 2010. My loan was sold to State Bridge on 05/15/2013 and they are asking me to put down $60,000 to allow me to start making the payments again. The investor just send me the foreclosure papers last week, and I refuse to leave my home, after all the effort we put in our home and all the interest we paid to the lender. I need help please to stay at my home with my family. Most of the Lenders had been saved by the Government, it is fair that now they help the homeowners.
