I need help to get the vrap program started again so that we can get the extension that we truly need

I would love for someone to bring back the vrap program okay. My education benefits ran out in 1980 so I can't because of my benefits running out. Yes I would love for someone to extend the program for 2 years. I still have 5 months left from the vrap program to complete. Thank you.
