We The People have but only six months remaining of the magnificent, ground breaking second term of President Barack Obama. In these nearly eight years, there are many Americans like myself, who would like to meet and, perchance, to hug, the Chief Executive of this country to thank him for remaining an uncynical, inspiring, grounded and capable public figure. I submit this petition to The People, as a republic government deserves not only the thanks of its constituents, but having heard about President Obama's excellent hugs, I ask my fellow Americans to help me thank President Obama with the not-so-subtle pretext of looking for a handout from our government...of FREE HUGS.
