I applied for my wife Case type : I - 130 - Petition for Alien Relative, 4 years ago.
11\ 19\2007.
The receipt # : EAC -08-114-13878.
From this time until January 2011 I was waiting for their reaction.
January 2011 they declined my case with no reason.
I made appeal in January 2011.
The case tipe is : I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion.
Receipt number is: MSC 1190028309.
The emigration office promised that the case will take maximum 6 month.
But I am waiting already 10 month.
Notice: this kind of cases takes from 2 to 2,5 years, I waited double time 4 years.
I just want to live with my family. And I already have waited more than any body.
