I paid the state for a child that wasn't mine for 17 years. Now I do have a child and am having to pay the state again. No one was quick to apologize to me or to pay me back but they are quick to take or lock me up.my petition is for me and any other person who has paid the state with their money or time to be repaid or at leased credited for it.
