I petition a 10% pay increase for all ACTIVE military soldiers. Why should congress get the raises when we have the risk

Active duty soldiers get paid minimal to what the living standard is. Congress gets paid so much for sitting in a chair and nakimg decisions that americans didnt even agree on for there own selfish needs. Last year veterans actually git a pay cut and congress got a pay Increase. Is that fair? I believe soldiers shoulf recieve a 10 percent pay increase for their
