I petition congress and the senate to get on the defensive and offensive against Obama's executive abuse in powers.

Created by M.K. on February 01, 2014

I petition congress and the senate both republicans, democrats, independants, and libertarians to stand up against President Barack Obama's threat to abuse his executive powers by taking away the power of congress to write the laws by threatening to write more unconstitutional executive orders. This is what I want congressional leaders and senatorial leaders including minority and majority speakers to quote to the president, "Mr. President you cannot write whatever laws you wish to write. Only congress has the constitutional responsibility to write whatever laws it wishes. You are not a king or a dictator you are the president. If you hate the existing laws you cannot change them or repeal them unless you get permission from congress. You must obey the rule of law Mr. President."
