I petition congress to attach more strings to individual welefare and foodstamps.

I want congress to write, vote on a bill with the senate, and with the presidents signature on it which only extends welefare benifits and food stamps only to those who earn less than 20 grand a year and only extend individual welefare programs only up to one week for those whom have been laid off and are looking for work. If a recipient is unable to find a job in one week then the unemployment office should have the responsibility to extend unemployment benifits for however long is necessary whether it takes 2, 3, 4 or more weeks to look for work. In order to get real welefare reform not only on corporate but individual too it is necessary to attach more strings with much strictor deadlines. The goal is to put more American's back to work so more people can pay taxes.
